Fakedat were formed three years ago and created a show performing all the major boyband hits. The name fakedat came from a play on the name of the biggest Uk boyband take that, fake was the fact it isn't serious and the dat because like all boybands the playback was on digital disc. It's a very tongue in cheek show based around three guys that all sing the vocals live to the actual boyband backing tracks as used by the likes of Boyzone, Westlife, Blue, and the Backstreet boys.
Audiences of all ages warm to the wit, humour and personalities of the boys which makes them ideal for most occasions. Girls love to dance to it, guys always sing along. (we have the photo's to prove it!) if it attracts the girls you know it's going to fill the place with the guys. Dressed all in black or white, smart and clean, the lads go through all the moves and silly dances associated with boyband phenomanon.
The main vocals are sung by Patrick with excellent backing harmonies from Tony and Martin.

Martin is the bands choreographer and Tony the vocal harmony arranger. Such is their talent that the lads have endorsment deals with Sennheiser microphones and D.A.S speaker systems and a sponsership deal with Roland instruments without even been signed to a major record company. They're management company in Ireland was none other than the infamous Louis Walsh who has a stable of stars like Boyzone, Sumantha Mumba, Girlthing and Westlife and is now one of the stars of ITV''s X factor.
They've played to a whole host of celebrities and even performed at Ronan Keatings 21ST birthday party at the Redbox in dublin.They were also guests at Shane from Westlifes 21st party at Lillie Bordello.
